A Pink Poodle costume made from nylon scrubbers (from a dollar store). Each scrubber breaks apart on two long pieces of material. They are threaded with an elastic string for arms, legs and the top of the head. The "ears" are threaded with a piece of cord of the needed length. Another piece produces the tail's tip.
