The main parts of this costume are skirt like clock and the mask. The mask is made from “Princess crown “and simple paper clock. You have to sew the flared skirt of the white satin. The skirt belt is the wide patterned tape. The digits from 1 to 12 and clock hands are glued by the 2-side sticky tape. The rough stick out underskirt is absolutely necessary!
